TribaGoth is a collaboration between Callisto Utriainen who is based on the west coast of Sweden, and Ulla Carmilla Edenmark who is based on the east coast. Together, we have over 20 years of experience in the bellydancin community, and we both want to promote Tribal and Gothic bellydance, and other alternative styles, in Sweden and Scandinavia.

TribaGoth is a Swedish non-profit organization that organizes workshops, shows and festivals, focusing on tribal and gothic bellydance styles, but also embracing other alternative genres.

We work all over Sweden and in co-operation with dancers and organizations in Norway and Denmark.

Callisto is one of the founding members of TribaGoth. She's a dark and tribal fusion bellydancer and teacher, living in Gothenburg. Her goal is to tribalize the Swedish and European bellydance scene, and paint the world in all the colors of darkness with her dark fusion dance.

She's travelled all over Europe to teach and perform and was also invited to Gothla US 2009 as guest teacher and performer for the gala show. At home in Gothenburg she teaches ATS, tribal fusion and gothic fusion at Vuxenskolan. She is one of the founders of the first ever ATS inspired troupe on the Swedish West Coast; Serpentine Tribal. 		Ulla Carmilla, the other founding member of TribaGoth, is a tribal dancer and teacher, living in Stockholm. She started oriental dance in the late 1980's and was a performer and teacher in that style for many years.

In 1996 when she and her troupe as-Sayf were invited to perform at the Kismet Bellydance festival in Salt Lake City, she met Carolena Nericcio who is the founder of the American Tribal Style. In 1998, she returned to the US to take classes with Carolena in San Francisco, and in 2000 she left as-Sayf and founded the first Swedish Tribal troupe, Tribal Empire.

She introduced the American Tribal Style in Sweden, and has travelled in the Nordic countries, Europe and the US to perform and teach. A certified ATS teacher, she teaches ATS and tribal fusion at Studiefrämjandet in Uppsala.
